Who we are
This website is operated by InvenLogic ("we", "us"). It describes our product and lets prospective customers contact us. This policy explains what personal data this website collects and how we handle it, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
What we collect
The only personal data this website collects is what you submit through the early-access/contact form: your name, business name, phone number, email address (optional), business type, number of outlets, and any message you write. Submitting the form requires your explicit consent via the checkbox.
With your consent (see the cookie banner and our Cookie Policy), this website also uses first-party analytics to understand visitor behaviour, and a B2B visitor-identification service (Leadfeeder) that may recognise the organisation of a business visitor from their IP address. We do not use third-party advertising trackers, and we never attempt to obtain a visitor's private phone number or email from their browser.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and schedule product walkthroughs.
- To keep a record of early-access requests.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.
Where it goes
Form submissions are delivered to our business mailbox via Web3Forms, a form-delivery service. Your submission is transmitted over HTTPS and arrives as an email to us. If you've consented to analytics/marketing cookies, anonymous browsing behaviour — and, where available, the name of your organisation (never your personal identity) — may also be shared with Leadfeeder, our website visitor-identification provider. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of the personal data you submitted. Email us and we will act on your request promptly. You may also withdraw consent to be contacted at any time by replying "stop" to any of our messages.
The InvenLogic product
The InvenLogic application itself (used by customers to run their business) has its own data-protection commitments — including data residency in Google Cloud's Mumbai region, tenant isolation enforced at the database level, audit trails, and DPDP data-principal rights (export, correction, erasure). Ask us for details during your walkthrough.
