Chapter One — The Problem He Saw
The same wall, in every business
For years, Rakesh watched business owners run into the same wall, again and again. A shop owner wanting to know which product was actually making money. A distributor waiting on a stock report until the number stopped being useful. An owner and their staff slowly losing trust in each other, simply because neither could clearly see what the other was doing.
It wasn't one industry, and it wasn't one kind of business — it was the same gap, everywhere. The owner's judgment was strong. The information reaching them was slow, incomplete, or arriving too late to act on.
Chapter Two — The Software He Built
Starting from the owner's question, not a feature list
Rakesh didn't start by asking what software should include. He started by asking what an owner needs to know, and exactly when they need to know it. That question shaped every part of InvenLogic — real-time data instead of end-of-month reports, direct answers instead of raw exports, and a system built to strengthen the relationship between an owner and their team, not replace it.
