Cookie Policy

What are cookies
Cookies (and similar first-party storage like localStorage/sessionStorage) are small pieces of data stored in your browser. This site uses them to remember your preferences and, only with your consent, to understand how visitors use the site.
Categories we use
We group cookies/storage into three categories, matching the choices in our consent banner:
- Essential — session/authentication state for logged-in users. Always on; the site can't function without these.
- Analytics — an anonymous, first-party visitor/session identifier, pages viewed, scroll depth, and button clicks, used to calculate an aggregate "intent" score so our sales team can prioritise follow-up. Also powers optional B2B company identification via Leadfeeder (see below). Off by default until you accept.
- Marketing — reserved for future campaign attribution. Off by default until you accept; not currently used to serve ads or track you across other websites.
Third-party services
When analytics consent is given, we share anonymised visit data with Leadfeeder, a B2B website-visitor-identification service, which may match a visit to the company it believes it came from (using IP-address-to-company matching) and return that company's publicly available business information. Leadfeeder does not give us an individual visitor's name unless that visitor has separately identified themselves elsewhere (e.g. by submitting our contact form).
What we do not do
Accepting cookies never gives us — or Leadfeeder — access to a visitor's private phone number, personal email address, WhatsApp account, Google account, or any other private account data. We do not fingerprint visitors, and we do not buy contact data from third parties.
Your choices
You can change your cookie choices at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site, which will show the consent banner again on your next visit. Rejecting analytics/marketing cookies does not affect your ability to browse the site or contact us.
