Instead of juggling separate apps for stock, billing and books, everything shares one data model.

Your data lives in Google Cloud’s Mumbai region (asia-south1) and never leaves India. Every tenant is isolated at the database level with row-level security — no other business can ever see your data. You also get DPDP Act 2023 rights built in: export, correction and erasure on request.

Yes. E-invoices with IRN are generated at billing time via configured IRP partners, including cancellation and retry handling. Month-end, you export GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B files for your CA. HSN mapping, place-of-supply and CGST/SGST/IGST determination are automatic.

It keeps your catalog clean: when a new product is added, AI (powered by Claude) suggests the category, HSN code and attributes with a confidence score, and anything uncertain waits in a review queue for a human — AI never edits your books alone. Per-tenant AI budgets and usage tracking are built in. Conversational reports, photo-to-products import, WhatsApp delivery and demand forecasting are on the roadmap — we label those clearly.

The mobile POS is offline-first: your counter staff keep billing on a phone, and sales sync automatically when the connection returns. The main web dashboard needs an internet connection.

Plans scale from one shop and one user (Free) up to unlimited outlets on the Business plan. Multi-warehouse stock tracking and transfers are built into the platform, and roles (Owner, Cashier, Accountant) keep staff access scoped.

After you reach out, our team walks you through the product on a call, then helps bring your existing data in — either by importing your Excel/CSV files yourself (with duplicate detection) or, for founding customers, we do the import for you: products, suppliers, customers and opening stock.
