  • Single outlet, billing daily? Starter gets you GST e-invoicing, challans and purchasing.
  • 2–3 outlets or a busy shop? Growth adds multi-warehouse transfers, the AI-assisted catalog and expiry/low-stock alerts — the plan most chains pick.
  • Bigger chain or distributor? Business removes outlet limits and opens the API; Enterprise gets custom terms.

Why is pricing marked "early access"?

InventoryAI is onboarding its first customers personally. These are the plans we are building toward — founding customers lock in these rates, get free concierge data migration, and work directly with the people building the product.

Can I pay online today?

Self-serve billing is not live yet. Join early access through the contact form and we will set you up personally, including payment by bank transfer or UPI.

What counts as an outlet?

Each physical shop or warehouse you track stock for. Multi-warehouse stock transfers are built in on Growth and above.

Is data migration included?

For founding customers, yes — we personally import your products, suppliers, customers and opening stock from Excel or exports of your current software.
